there are those who DON'T BELONGa semi-literate heroes vs. villains role play You may have noticed that you're different. Maybe you knew this all along. Perhaps you were born with something special. Maybe it just kind of...happened. Or something in you just changed and you chose to be different. What's different? Well, you have powers. Or you don't, but somehow you're so much better than everyone else. Some want to just live normal lives. Others have a different plan.
There are heroes. The ones who hope to protect people, stop villains, maybe make the world just a little bit better. Heroes have different reasons to become what they are, but there is usually a reason. Or maybe they just have that 'hero complex.'
Then there are villains. The ones who disregard people for their own selfish gain. Some can just be petty thieves, others may think so much bigger. World domination big, perhaps? Or just want to cause some trouble for the heroes.
Finally you have civilians. They usually don't have powers, but some do. Civilians only want to live their life, usually not willing to go fight crime (unless a cop) or cause too much trouble. Normally they don't have any connection to the heroes or the villains, but some do. And there might always be the unlucky one that gets caught in the middle or become a victim.

The city is one of the largest in the United States, growing since the early 1900's, and one of the most populated. It's not far from New York City. There's always a crime being committed, there are always people out. Perhaps this is what draws them here.
Still, it doesn't matter how much you try to fit in, or help people, or destroy them. You still DON'T BELONG. We offer:
