Lillian’s mother died in childbirth and her father, hearing the news from the doctors, threw himself from the window of the hospital. The hospital gave the unnamed child her mother’s name for lack of any other idea. After waiting for a few months in the adoption clinic it the young girl was given to the care of a local orphanage. The woman who ran the orphanage was a kind elderly woman who could not have children of her own. Because of her love for the young ones she opened the orphanage on her own and runs it with her husband. Both the woman and the husband had been school teachers before they opened the Orphanage and they took it upon themselves to teach the children.
Lillian was always a quiet girl. She spoke when spoken too, did as she was asked and never caused any trouble for the old pair. Even though she was rather timid she was still a very happy child. She loved to sit out in the small yard they had in the back and let the sun warm her skin. Some of the other children would often have temper tantrums over mundane issues. Most of those children were those who were brought in after already knowing their parents for a while. Their anger at the situation was what brought out their temperament. Lillian had never known her parents and while most felt she should be bitter about that, it really didn’t bother her that much.
New children were always arriving at the Orphanage. One of these children was a girl named Cait. When Cait was brought to the orphanage Lillian was just celebrating her fourth birthday and since Lillian had been living in a room by herself the older girl was placed to room with her.
Cait had lost her parents recently at the age of 12 in a flash flood. The waters had over taken the road and pushed the couple’s car into a nearby lake. They weren’t able to get out in time and they both drowned. Cait had been an only child, and a spoiled one at that. As such, none of her living relatives had wanted to take her in. So she ended up in the orphanage. Her anger and hatred ate through her like acid and the small shy girl she roomed with became the perfect way to release it.
While everyone else was around Cait showed no interest in Lillian. She was rude, bratty and pushy to everyone all the same but she paid no special attention to the small girl. At night when everyone else had gone to sleep, the older girl would push Lillian into the small closet they shared and lock her in. Her reasoning for doing so was because she was used to having her own room and didn’t like sharing. Since Lillian was too weak and timid to fight back, that how it stayed. Eventually Cait branched out into other ways of tormenting her small roommate; including beating the small girl and verbally harassing her and even going so far as to get some of the other kids involved as well.
As time progressed the small girl fell deeper and deeper into a reclusive depression. She stopped eating as much, and while in the closet she hardly slept. While not one really paid much attention to it but during the time the weather had consistently taken a turn for the worse. It was constantly raining. Not a torrential downpour, just a light constant rain. Lillian stopped paying attention to the classes given at the orphanage and just sat lost in her own world by herself.

~:Powers/Tools:~
Powers & Abilities: Lillian can control the weather. Everything from as simple as altering the temperature, rain and snow to creating massive storms and winds strong enough to destroy a house. The longer she uses her power the more tired she becomes and if she is rendered unconscious her power ceases to function until she has been woken back up. Her powers at the moment are very much tied to her emotions and so her control isn’t the best.
Weakness:
Physical
She’s a child. No physical strength so to speak of.
Mental
Lillian is a mess. Because of her treatment as a child she has an underdeveloped maturity and acts half her age. Also she has a fear of the dark.
Emotional
Her emotions are wild and uncontrolled. There doesn’t seem to be much order or reason to her changes in temperament.
State of Control/Rules: Very little control. She is only a child and most of her actions are governed entirely by her emotions. As such the weather around her is governed by her emotions.
Reason You Choose Your Power: There isn’t a specific reason I chose this power. I had a couple of ideas and this one just seemed to fit.
Weapons: Her emotions I suppose?
Equipment: None.

The Orphanage ~ 1-4
Lillian was always a quiet girl. She spoke when spoken too, did as she was asked and never caused any trouble for the old pair. Even though she was rather timid she was still a very happy child. Life in the dark. ~ 4-6
While everyone else was around Cait showed no interest in Lillian. She was rude, bratty and pushy to everyone all the same but she paid no special attention to the small girl. At night when everyone else had gone to sleep, the older girl would push Lillian into the small closet they shared and lock her in. A violent release ~ 6-8(present)
In the orphanage there was an older boy named Benton. He was reaching his last year at the orphanage. He and Cait had become good friends, not surprising since he was just about as cruel as the bitter girl. Every Saturday the elderly couple would leave to have dinner together out in the town, entrusting the care of the children to the oldest children. While they were out Benton and Cait dragged the small girl outside with them into the rain to a small shed on the far side of the property. As she was pulled across the yard the weather slowly took a turn for the worse. The rain fell harder and the winds picked up, but none took notice, after all, storms change in nature all the time. Cait laughed as Benton stripped the girl of her clothes and began to force her to the ground and even goes as far as to help him sexually molest the small girl.
At first Lillian didn’t scream and she hardly resisted having long ago accepted her grim fate. As her abusers continued the weather slowly grew worse and worse and eventually, much to Benton and Cait’s surprise, tore the shack apart. The two teens were swept up by the winds and throw across the yard into the house. Lillian didn’t even notice as the house was torn apart by the strong winds and sudden bolts of lightning. No one in the orphanage survived. When the couple got back, they broke into tears at the sight of their demolished house and begged for the small girl to left in their custody since she was the only living survivor of their “family”. The government though had taken an interest in the girl and the events that had happened. She was brought to DC for examination. She is moved periodically around the country to different holding cells as scientists and psychologists try to figure her out.
