Levi's army, called the Coalition. was formed originally formed to help free and assist Users with situations from the Government. But as time has passed Levi's views have been swayed, going from a righteous cause Levi has lost touch with his humanity. Levi now wishes to form a new world, a wold meant for Users and Users alone, his goal, Kill off all humans, and anyone that stands in the path of his goal.

Cause:
The alliance is not like Levi's army, but in fact closer to a militia, with no real order or leadership. Kuro is the unofficial leader but doesn't like the title all that much. The alliance was formed not only to stand against Levi and his goals of destruction, but also to try and bring a better name to the Users to the human race.

A branch of the military that has been formed to help "Stop" the Users. The largest cause that they are going for is the complete registration of Users, but at the same time any user in connection with Levi is to be excuted on site. They are specially trained to know how to deal with Users and detain them. With facilities all over the USA to lock users that they fear will grow to powerful, the Government has been causing issues for children with gifts for several years now, and many users are against them.
