Personality:
Julius loves to use his powers, especially when he shouldn't. Ever since he learned to control his gift, he has used it whenever possible. Julius was always the kid to be picked on, so he felt that it was right for him to get even with them. So he has. He dislikes other people as well. He believes that it is human nature to backstab and betray other people. He thinks that all humans, himself included are power hungry and monsters.
So since humans are naturally like that, why fight it? Julius uses his powers to hurt and get back at others. And is somewhat a school bully. He also has a sense of irony. He loves the thought that the jocks at school had always picked on him, and now they're the ones running away screaming.

Weight: 180 lbs.
Physical Description:
Julius is a dark skinned person. He is tall, and lean. His favorite outfit is a red shirt with black pants and a black jacket. He is usually wearing black nikeys. He has black hair and his hair is in corn rolls. He has dark brown eyes. He smiles and chuckles a lot, usually when he meets someone that doesn't know about his abilities. You can usually see the happiness in his eyes.

Powers & Abilities: Julius like his nickname says has the ability to grow spikes out of his body. He can use this power many ways. He can grow spikes all over his body and form an armor of spikes. Or over just parts of his body. For example cover his hands in spikes, to punch or make shields. He can also grow longer spikes out of his knuckles or fingers and use them like claws. He can also shoot spikes out of his body. He controls how long the spikes are. The longest one he's made has been 4'3. The shortest one has been 5 inches.
Weakness:
If he sneezes or if he's hit hard enough spikes usually shoot out of his body. Also if he gets angry enough his spikes shoot out of his body as well.
State of Control/Rules:
Julius has control over his power when he is calm or using his powers for fun. If he becomes frustrated his spikes shoot out on their own or if he gets hit or sneezes. He is still trying to control this.
Reason You Choose Your Power: It was really just a power that I've always thought was interesting, and it has many different ways of using it.

Powers: Andre has the ability to make whatever he thinks about real. He has control of this while he's conscious, but while he is asleep he has no control over it, especially when he dreams. He also has to keep his mind from wondering. For example if he thinks about an earthquake it will happen. Since it has been six years since Julius saw him, there's no telling how his powers have evovled or the control he has over them.

Julius was the youngest of two brothers. He grew up in a loving family. They spent all of their time together. But then something changed their happy family. When his older brother was 15, he had a nightmare a horrible one. Julius was only 12 at the time. He screamed in fear as he woke up, then screamed even louder. His parents came running just to see what was wrong. Julius crept slowly, still sleepy to see what was going on. What they saw shocked them.
They saw a huge cat with four eyes and long pointed teeth on Julius' older brother Andre, drooling. Andre sat there in fear. The creature had just been about to take a bite out of Andre when another appeared and pounced on that one. In the end both the strange creatures died from the battle. After this his parents became afraid, and worried for Andre's safety, and tried to get him help. Andre refused, and one night he decided to run away. Julius has not seen him since the day he ran away.
Julius' parents began to worry more and more. The sad thing was it wasn't because Andre ran away, it was because they didn't know if Julius had powers or not. And they really didn't want to even imagine what kind of powers he had. When Julius became 14 they found out. They had saw him running home from school, being chased by a bunch of football jocks, the same ones still chase him. Ever since his older brother ran away, there had been no one to protect him. Before Julius reached the house they tackled him. As soon as they did that a spiked shot out of Julius chest and stuck the guy in his arm.
The football players believed that Julius had a weapon on him, and decided to jump him another day. Julius quickly ran inside smiling. He had been a little jealous that his brother had powers and he had already been cool, and he was the one that needed them. His parents warned him not to ever use his powers in public. Julius ignored them. And from that day on he began to practice using his powers, until he mastered them. Like many teenagers would have been, Julius was excited about his power. Julius is completely unaware of the danger that he's putting himself in and even if he did know, he most likely wouldn't care. He believes that he is invincible now that he has his powers.
