Personality: Damian is a joker at heart and has always been that way. People usually have a hard time making friends with him because he's always trying to be the center of attention with some joke or insane idea that he wants to try. He'll do anything to the center of attention, which has also created quite a little trouble-maker out of him. Those who happens to become friends with him are in for quite a ride, because he gets his friends involved in whatever he does,whether it may be wreaking havoc in the streets to simply causing mischief at the local school. Its always a part with this kid, there's no telling what he might do next.
Height: Six feet, two inches.
Weight: 133 lbs
Physical Description: Damian is a white male with sandy blonde hair, providing it hasn't been dyed in order to hide his identity. His eyes are a deep, chocolate brown but are known to change to an electric blue whenever he's generating electricity. Since he's constantly on the run, he's known to dress simply, usually a striped polo shirt and jeans.

Powers & Abilities: Damian has the ability to generate a manipulate and form of electricity. And, since it considered a natural form of electricity, he also has the ability to generate lightning from the sky if there are storm clouds around. The color of the electricity he generates can vary in color but usually takes the form of blue sparks.
Weakness: Damian's biggest weakness is water. He does have the ability to send an electric current through water, however, if he touches water, this will cause him to short out for a period of time, pending on how long the contact was. If he is drenched in water, this can cause his powers to overload and turn his own powers against him, causing the electric current in to shock him. If this was to happen, Damian could be knocked out for several hours or possibly die.
Another weakness that he has is against any form of Earth (i.e rock, plants, etc.). It simply absorbs the electricity and has no damaging effect.
State of Control/Rules: Well, Damian has been experimenting with his powers ever since his father introduced them to him at the age of five. He's been using them consistently since the age of six and has been trained by his father, so his powers are quite tamed. However, if Damian gets angry, he may start to unleash some of his unlocked power, which is quite powerful. However, it is untameable and Damian has no control over it and must be calmed down in order for his powers to return to their normal state.
Reason You Choose Your Power: Well, you usually see the normal Elemental powers (i.e fire, water, earth, air), so its nice to have one that's not always used. And electricity is quite unpredictable sometimes, which goes along perfectly with Damian's personality.

History: Damian was born to his two loving parents, Marissa and Diego Black, both of them having just moved from Caprice, Spain to the United States after his father hand served his time with the Air Force. His parents had decided that they had wanted a child, but didn't want the child to have to go through the hassles of having to move from base to base constantly. So they decided that they would wait until his father's last year with the Air Force and they would have a child. So the year before his father's discharge from the army, Damian was born in Madrid, Spain and raised there for seven years. His parents had a feeling that he would be gifted, since both of his parents were, and that it was just a matter of time until his power revealed itself. They also knew that it would be better to raise their child in Spain rather than the States because the government was a little bit more lenient with gifted children, much unlike America's government, who was suspicious of gifted children.
So Damian spent seven years in Spain, his powers revealing them selves at the age of three. Electricity wasn't what his parents had expected, especially since they didn't wield those powers. But nonetheless, Damian's father began to train him, showing how what was the proper way to control his power. And so, Damian began to master his talent from a young age and also learning how to keep his power a secret. His parents had warned him that one day, the government might not want mutants to be on the run, so he needed to know when he could use his power and when he needed to act like a normal person.
So, after seven years and the birth of his little sister, they family packed up and moved to Phoenix, Arizona, settling in a small neighborhood outside of the city. They lived in happiness and comfort for a while until one day, a team of government officials came to their house. His parent's nightmare had come true, the government was beginning to round up what they considered "at risk" individuals who could "pose a threat to society" if they weren't trained properly. They told his parents that Damian and his sister needed to moved to a facility near New York City and would be trained to use their powers properly. Realizing that there wasn't much that they could do, the allowed Damian and his sister to be taken away to this facility in hopes that they would be allowed to return one day.
So, Damian spent a couple years at a "gifted training facility" where he and others were forced to watch videos on villains that terrorized cities and were shown what happens to those that don't follow the law. Most of the other kids were brain-washed into believing that the government had the right to control them but Damian was not the type to conform to anyone's ideas. So this is where he began to play tricks, such as shorting out the buildings power or starting small-scale riots. Just little things that annoyed the guards. However, he eventually got annoyed with the propaganda and decided that it was time to escape from his prison. So, with great difficulty, he managed to break out of the facility and make his way back to Arizona.
Once he made his way home and told his parents what he had done, they were disappointed in him. His father had told him that he should just go back to the facility and let the government teach him because it was for the greater good. Disgusted by his fathers words, he argued with his parents and vowed never to return to their house if they were going to be cowards. He was sixteen when he packed his things and left his parents' house, leaving to a city where he can do as he pleased. And as a form of revenge for the years of brain-washing he had to go through, he began to wreck havoc in the city, disrupting the normal flow. He's now known as a wanted criminal throughout America because of his knack for disrupting power systems in metropolis areas. Now that he's on the run, he has several safehouses in different cities, using money that he reluctantly accepted from his parents before leaving, so that he's not homeless where ever he goes.
