Personality: One word that would perfectly describe her is shy. The girl will only talk to people willingly if her job requires it, she has a question, or if she is addressed. She will never just start a conversation with a stranger. Just the thought makes her nervous.
If you can actually get her to talk she is very polite. She gets to the point quickly and sometimes stutters when she gets nervous. What she says is usually well thought out, unless she is flustered or nervous. In which case she'll ramble a little bit.
Eli is kind and caring, and if you become friends with her she is loyal. Despite the fact she'll often go along with what people wants she rarely trusts anything they're doing. If she likes you, she'll always be eager to please and make another happy.
A bit of a closed book she doesn't share much about herself unless you poke and prod enough. Even then it's iffy. Especially if you ask about her past she tends to either clam up or mumble some odd response.
She's fairly intelligent and often will get lost in thought. Also, she adores playing the piano and is usually happiest when playing one.

Physical Description:
One of the first things you notice about her is her eyes. They are blue. They are kind of blue that just stand out. Eliana considers them her best feature. Her hair is brown and wavy. She has bangs and her hair reaches a few inches past her shoulder. Her facial features are soft and feminine.
Eli is on the shorter side and is slender in build. He has never been into sports so she isn’t really athletic, but she does have fairly good stamina and endurance and will run occasionally, but other then that she doesn’t make a huge effort to stay in perfect shape.
There are scars on her arms from when she was imprisoned by the government. Some are scars from needles, some are scars on her wrists from being restrained to tightly, and some are from who knows what. Eli hates them and they are always covered by either a long sleeve shirt or jacket.

Powers & Abilities: Invisibility and Intangibility: They are pretty straight forward, but basically she can disappear and can become untouchable.
Weakness: Using both at the same time takes tons of concentration and energy, so she'll try to use just one at a time. After turning invisible, any new substances added to her are difficult to make invisible as well. Ex: If you throw dirt on her while invisible it will show. Though you can't see her it's often easy to hear her. The woman isn't very sneaky.
State of Control/Rules: If she's under any extreme emotional distress it's hard for her to use her powers. It's still hard for her to stay invisible or intangible for long periods of time.
Reason You Choose Your Power: Since she’s so shy I thought invisibility and intangibility would work since half the time she just wants to go about unnoticed. When you’re invisible it’s hard to be noticed which is very appealing to her.
Weapons: none
Equipment: She carries around a back pack and duffle bag full of clothes and necessities as well as a purse. Usually she can find a place to stay fairly quickly though, and will only be seen with her purse or nothing at all.

History: Eliana was born to Lilia and Alexander. She was a healthy, happy baby girl and was her parents pride and joy. Being an only child, growing up she was incredibly spoiled by the two. Entering kindergarten she was incredibly timid around the other kids, making very few friends. Kindergarten was the time when her mother decided to put her in piano lessons.
Through elementary Eli kept some friends, but was far from a social butterfly. The young girl spent most of her time practicing piano. Even at a young age it was obvious she had a love of music and the piano. Her parents wished she had more of a social life, but they were delighted by her talent with the piano.
By middle school she had was hardly popular, but it didn’t bother her. Eli could talk to people when need be and it was enough to get by. At the age of eleven she discovered her powers. She looked in her mirror before school only to find there was no reflection. A moment or two passed and she became visible once more. With a sigh of relief she sat down on her bed only to go right through the bed. In fright she screamed and stood. She moved away from the bed just as her mother entered the room. Eliana lied and told her mother she had seen a spider.
For the next few years she continued practicing piano as well as practicing with her powers. By sixteen she could at least keep them in control. One day after school her mom walked in only to find Eliana coming out of her walk in closet. Unfortunately this was one of the times Eli didn’t use her door and instead walked right through it. Her mother freaked out and so did Eliana. After they both calmed down her Lilia told her to just stay in her room for a bit. Of course Eliana obeyed her mother and sat on the bed for what seemed like forever. Two hours went by before the door to her room entered but it wasn’t her mother. It was two government agents that had arrived to take her away. The girl tried to escape but failed. As she was dragged out of her house half conscious she could see her father watching through the kitchen window, her mother crying in his arms. Alexander had been so fearful of his daughter he had sent for the government to get rid of his problem.
The next three years she spent stuck in a government facility. All they did was poke at her with needles and even knives. Eliana could never understand what they were trying to find, but they never seemed to find it because they kept taking samples form her. They kept hurting her. After three years her arms had taken the brunt of the scarring. Scars from needles, knives, and even the too tight restraints had scarred her arms. Eventually one of the prisoners got out of hand and managed to make enough of a scene to allow many of the prisoners to escape, including Eliana. Once she had escaped she spent her time getting odd jobs and waitressing jobs while she traveled across America which is what she still does today.
