TYLER: Tyler is extremely friendly. He loves to talk to people, and is in no way shy. He will come up to you and will introduce himself. He usually has a way with words. He can charm people pretty well, and makes many friends. He loves having a bunch of friends, and doesn't like not knowing people.
Tyler does use his charm to cause harm often though. He can be very manipulative, and will get people to do things for him. He is somewhat greedy and if he wants something, he doesn't care who he hurts in the process of getting to it. He often will work with his brother in order to get things he wants, as his brother can think out these plans. Tyler may like to make friends, but he has no problem losing them.
THEO: Theodore, or as he demands he be called, Theo, is very cold. He does not like people, and hates when others talk to him. Often he will just insult whomever is speaking to him. He doesn't care about hurting others feelings. He doesn't want to be bothered with the problems of other people, and much prefers people to hate him then like him.
Like his brother, Theo loves to use other people to get what he wants. Often times he will take the blame for what his brother does, just so that people will still talk to Tyler and they can get more from them. Theo usually makes the plans for the two to make off with something, and usually uses Tyler's charisma to get it. Tyler is one of the few people Theo likes.

Being identical twins, the two are baiscally alike. Like all identical twins, they have some differences, but they are not easily seen. They have a few different facial proportions that are off, but it is of course hard to do. They both have blond hair, that id somewhat short. It hangs down to their foreheads. Their eyes are both piercing blue. Though the warmness of their eyes is very different. Theo's eyes are pretty cold, and most people avoid his eyes. Tyler's eyes are very bright, and easy to get lost in. It is one of the ways that Tyler can manipulate people so well.

Powers & Abilities:
TYLER: Tyler has the ability to take from those around him. He takes the abilities of those around him, and can then use them. The other person still has the powers.
Weakness: Tyler often has to learn quickly how to control abilities he takes. He can only acquire one ability at a time, and must touch them. Unless his ability is enhanced he can not have multiple abilities.
State of Control/Rules: Tyler has great control of his ability. He is very good at taking people’s abilities, and has found ways to get to the person to touch them and take their ability.
THEO: Theo has the ability to supercharge, or to cause the opposite effect to happen on another persons powers. He can cause the powers of those around him to greatly increase, making them much stronger. Usually he uses this around Tyler, which allows him to take multiple abilities. He can also decrease the abilities power of those around him. He can bring them down to minimal ability, almost close to nullifying the power. He hasn't mastered totally shutting it down yet.
Weakness: It takes a lot of energy for Theo to alter powers in different directions. If he wants to make his brother stronger, and the other person weaker, he will become drained very quickly. Often times his emotions control how his ability works if he isn't focusing it. While most the time Theo is in an apathetic mood, causing nothing to happen, there are times he enters states of mania, which cause powers to go up, or depression, which decreases powers. If he isn't focusing on his power, his mood will determine how it works.
State of Control/Rules: Theo has good control over his power when he wants to. The main problem is that unless he is trying, his power will run freely with his mood.
Reason You Choose Your Power: Cat and mouse was silly!!!
Weapons: Their brains and intelligence.
Equipment: Nothing most of the time. The two are rich, and only need a credit card. They can take up shelter in hotels.

History: Tyler and Theo were born identical twins to two very wealthy parents. Growing up, the two were given everything they needed and wanted. They were spoiled rotten, and it created some very bad traits within the two.
When they entered school, Tyler was always off making friends, while Theo found himself staying out of things. The teacher began noticing the twin's bad behaviors though. They thought everything was theirs. It was their way or no way, and the teacher didn't like that. She alerted the Volgier parent's, and in an effort to prevent the 'Paris Hilton' like syndrome, the parents cut back on the spoiling of their children.The damage was done though.
As the two got older they found sneaky ways to get everything they wanted at the expense of others. Tyler continued to be the social one, and Theo, the behind the scenes mastermind. Tyler hit up all the parties, and had a blast through high school. Theo was more concerned with their newest discovery.
When the boys entered 12th grade, They started discovering their abilities. It started with an accidental flight by Tyler, and it took nearly three months to fully understand his power. Theo on the other hand didn't recognize his power till a year later. The effect his mood had on his brother's abilities was evident, but he had blamed it on their twin ESP. They spent hours practicing their abilities, and soon began using them for their own gain.
The two took up petty theft mostly. Stealing from people in school, by using the abilities of those around them. Soon the agencies out to get the gifted people caught on to them though. The two twins, with Theo being smart as he is, realized they were being watched. It was time to leave.
The two were twenty years old, and told their parents they were going to school in Florida. They went there, but still being followed, continued to travel, blaming it on some class they signed up for to travel the country. Their parents believed them, and didn't question the credit cards being used across the nation. It took almost two and a half years, but the two were finally caught and locked up.
The agency continues to spend money in Florida, and the parents have no clue that their sons are locked away. Tyler adn Theo though have learned the ropes of the prison, and have begun to plot their next schemes.
