Revi watched relieved as the people left and the attention of the criminals had seemed to focus on him their current actions would have been laughable to him had it not been for their earlier actions "Don't you think your weapons can save you from the justice that awaits you.... and now with everyone gone I don't need to hold back." He said as he closed his eyes nodding and taking a step back. He smirked slightly "I shall show you a weapon that even your guns would not be able to match." He said as suddenly a pained expression came across his face and the skin going from the tips of his elbows to his wrists began to show a fine line slowly protruding from it causing the skin to then tear as it sliced its way out blood spraying out for a few moments before the wound sealed itself around the base of the bone that had formed.
He sighed before acting as he looked at each the men "Levi... I am sorry that you will have to see this... but their actions are unforgivable so please get out I would not hold it against you." He said as he stepped forward raising both arms high above his head and then slammed down with all of his weight both forearms coming in at angles for the first man's neck.

Levi let a huge grin spread across his face. He had hoped for something good. This looked beyond good. Bone manipulation. It was something he hadn't seen. The man was a natural weapon. That and his size. He would be perfect. Levi waited for Revi to crash down on the man, and left the man fall away as a pile of dust. The other three disappeared in puffs of smoke as well.
Levi was now out of his chair, slowly clapping. The diner faded away and the space was left an empty black plane. Below them, there was no floor, but still something solid remained. "Bravo. Bravo. That was thrilling. I expected something like super strength, but this is fascinating."
Levi stopped a distance away, staying out of Revi's reach. Not sure how the man would react, he created a new illusion of himself and had him continue to walk toward Revi, making himself invisible.
"I had not expected to find two power-users up in the frozen tundra. Don't get me wrong, it pleases me to no end. Well, it will if I can sway you to join me. I can already see you don't like injustice actions taking place. I'm sure you would be very interested in what I have to offer." Levi paused, waiting for Revi's reaction. Waiting to see if he would be interested in joining an alliance, or if he would be opposed to the whole team idea. [/blockquote]

As Revi felt the man fall away into dust and his entire weight slam down to the ground through his forearms, and then saw the same happen to his cohorts, and a look of sheer confusion came across his face as he stayed in the crouched position and his forearms slowly twisted to his vision showing him the blades of bone protruding light hints of the crimson from within him across them. His confusion only grew as he saw the ground and surroundings around him fade away, and he shot to his feet spinning around hearing Levi talk to him clapping.
Revi was still confused as he lifted his right foot and stomped repeatedly to ensure all was solid and he was in place. He set aside part of his confusion as he heard Levi speak once more and approached him more so "Ummm.. what is all of this? I mean... where am I and what happened back at the diner.. I mean those guys I know I lost my cool but never have I turned someone to dust, and I know that it was not my doing.... I assume it was you?" He said nodding.
Revi did pause though as he looked around once more feeling uneasy as if he should be falling or something, and wanted to be onto solid ground the entire feel of it bothered him, as he sigehd and looked back to Levi once more "I will let you know if I am interested in joining you if you tell me what I am going to be helping with... if you know I am not for the unjust then you must have some sort of ideal that you believe to be just and right... and if thats so then I would not have a problem with joining you so long as I get to bring justice to the doorstep of the grandfather of Joshua Macarthur... the man I believe had... well lets say he took much time from me, and leave it at that.." He said as he looked at the other his eyes stern unshaken putting where he was to the back of his mind for the moment being.

Levi's grin widened to a toothy smile. He was very pleased to hear what he was hearing. The two had a common enemy. That was exactly what he wanted to hear. Almost perfect. Levi first decided he should explain away this 'alternate dimension.'
"You aren't the only one with a gift Revi. Do not fear. The diner still sits just as it was before the men came in. No one was hurt. Not a soul." Levi hoped that would ease Revi some. The man was probably very worried about the young girl whose mother had been shot. At least, he seemed like he had been.
"And I am pleased to tell you Mr. MacArthur is exactly who I am targeting. Him and that damned prison. It's time to break out all those who don't deserve to be in there. Time to stop this wrangling of power users. We deserve our freedom, and we may just have to fight for it. I am getting together an... army, if you will. Power-users who will stand up for their freedom, and defeat those responsible for locking them away."
Levi slipped back into a more suave demeanor. Very few emotions showed. He just seemed happy. His half-grin. You couldn't see the angst behind his eyes. The excitement and wants to eliminate the human race. None of that showed through. Just a boy with a plan to make the world a better place. [/blockquote]

Revi had calmed down a bit and followed the others words it seemed to be something he could back up, and put his effort into after all eh could sympathies for those whom are locked up he knows the feeling of losing freedom for no good reason. He nodded his brow furrowed, and he took a step forward extending his right hand "this sounds as if it would be something I can get behind in... I will be sure to aid you in whatever ways possible... Just know this... if I feel that anything may be wrong with our actions I may be inclined to take my own path of things.." He said his gaze was serious.
However Revi's face softened and he smiled lightly "But I am sure that won't be a problem after all we whom have gifts should know of the good we can do for the world, and know to not abuse what we have.. since it would make it terribly hard to live along side friends and family if we have a bad name." He said happily feeling that the other was aiming to just creat a good and equal world for the masses.

Levi smiled and nodded. "Rightly so. With our gifts, we can do so many good things. We can change the world into a much better place. Somewhere where we are not inclined to live in fear of what the government thinks of us and our gifts. It will be a perfect world."
Levi glanced through the dinner and decided it was time to restore Revi's vision. He allowed his focus to drop on him, and let the scene was away. The restaurant would be back to full view. Levi kept his mask over the other patrons though. He couldn't let any of them hear his discussion. This was not something everyone needed to know.
"Well, now you know the real reason I am here. This plant person isn't just some old friend. They are another power user like us. The ability to manipulate plants. Chloropath as some call it. I want to locate them and give them the same offer I gave you. A chance to help rebuild this world and bring us into the new one." [/blockquote]

Revi just gave a simple nod as he turned for the door "Levi... Lets god we have a lot from the sounds of it and we must get it done.." He said in a somewhat proud and almost heroic tone as he walked out the door ready to persue the dreams of Levi, or the dream that he had told Revi is more like it.
